The hotel ambience is really good and hospitality is too good. The foods are also nice hotel staff mr vinod from Trivandrum was very good at his service gives us a soothing experience a mandatory visit in our next trip. Good food and Good ambience

Accomadation is Fantastic. View from the room is nice and impressed with the modern and spacious bathroom. Bathrobes and toiletries are provided well. Dinning - Quite so impressing by the restaurant with room service which was convienent.

Kochi's of the best bar. Had an excellent wibe with good music. I'm sure you can enjoy the weekend with your friends in in rocks and brews bar . Moreover Mr manu and Mr jewel gave us exceptional service and had a great care. Hoping and wishing them to be the best.

There's no lift in this hotel. The tv is not working as they have not paid the dues to TATA SKY. The airconditioner is very old. The temperature indicators were not not also not working. It is better to avoid this hotel.

We met at their bar for some food and drinks. The place was quite nice, and the ambience was appropriate. We loved the posters with stars like Elvis Presley, James Deen, Humphrey Bogart and Marilyn Monroe. Some posters also showed California, Venice, etc. The food was decent. But the service took too long, and was somewhat frustrating. Overall its good, but if they could just speed up food delivery a bit, it would be excellent.
